The warm and welcoming atmosphere that awaits you at the “Antico Casale Toscano”, thanks to the conservation of typical tuscan style farmhouse furbishings such as beautifully restored wooden beams, terracotta tiles, and real fireplace. These characteristics are what make the “Antico Casale Toscano” so unique compared to all the other bed & breakfasts in and around Lucca.
The “Antico Casale Toscano” has two floors, three spacious and light bedrooms, sleeping in total seven, with the possibility of adding an extra two beds if required. Great attention has been paied to tasteful detail and comfort in all the bedrooms of this Tuscan Farmhouse. Facilities include air-conditioning, tv, fireplace and a hydromassage bath for a relaxing soak.

TERMS and CONDITIONS
Check-in: between 16.30 and 17.30. Guests are kindly asked to communicate any other arrival time in advance.
Check-out: by 09.30.
Rates include: gas, water and electricity bills, weekly bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils and accessories, parking, use of the swimming pool, ping-pong, swings, mountain bikes and end-of-stay cleaning.
Rates do not include: use of the telephone (0.15euros/unit), heating, air-conditioning. (9.00 euros a day)
Booking: booking fee is 30% of the total cost to be paid in advance with the remaining 70% to be paied on arrival.
Cancellations: booking fee cannot be refunded on cancellation.
Deposit: 250.00 euros
NB:animals are permitted on request. Please note that during November and March, it is possible to rent room only with use of kitchen and short stay.
